Meet The Manager - Sarah Searle
I have been the manager of the Orchards Day Nursery St Neots for 17 years and I absolutely love it! I really enjoy being outside with the children and love to hear them talk to one another and gain confidence in new skills when using resources such as the climbing triangle.
I love supporting the children to create art work and listening to them describing what they have created and being proud of their achievements. My daughter came to The Orchards and really enabled to her to be a confident learner. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family and friends and taking my dog, Stanley, for long walks in the country.

WHAT PARENTS SAY
“ My son previously and daughter currently attend Orchards, I would not consider using another nursery and cannot recommend Orchards highly enough. The staff are fantastic and all have a genuine interest in getting to know the children as individuals and working with the children to help them develop. The team are all very caring and the nursery has a lovely friendly atmosphere.” (Parent at St Neots Nursery March 2019)
“A Fantastic nursery with lovely caring attentive staff. My children have so much fun here and have learnt so much I couldn’t fault it. A really lovely setting for children to be nurtured and cared for I wouldn’t send my children anywhere else and I would highly recommend” (Parent at St Neots Nursery August 2018)
"I have had two daughters attend the nursery from the age of 7 months. They were always happy and secure with staff and their development was always above what it needed to be. Staff are friendly and caring and invest time with getting to know a child and their carers. Generally, a varied assessment of activities and meals are cooked daily on site. Parents can contribute ideas on this." (Parent at St Neots Nursery October 2016)
